Dear Associate, in accordance with the obligations imposed by Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation - so-called "GDPR") the AC OCRAM DANCE MOVEMENT (hereinafter, the "Association"), intends to inform you on how your personal data, even of a particular nature, are processed, to request your consent where this is necessary and to make you aware of your rights as well as of the methods to be able to exercise them easily.
This information is also issued to supplement, specify and possibly rectify the privacy information of the manufacturer and / or provided on the basis of the forms from this tax, if this has been made in fulfillment of the contractual obligations imposed on the concessionaire. Likewise, any further information relating to specific processing or information provided on behalf of third party data controllers (e.g. insurance companies; financial companies; geolocation service providers; etc.) remains unaffected.

SOURCES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The association collects personal data concerning you directly from you, both in its commercial offices and outside (for example at events or fairs: in this case the consent must be provided before the data is communicated) and also through remote communication techniques (for example through its own websites, for which reference is made to the specific information published therein; third-party sites and platforms; etc.). You can provide us with your personal data at the time of requesting information, quotes, at the time of signing contracts or during their performance as well as at the time of joining / providing services and / or services, however qualified or named.

Your personal data are entered in our management systems and in a Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") system, where your personal and contact data are entered in any case. In the presence of specific consents, the data entered in the CRM may also be processed for the further purposes specified below. In any case, your personal data are protected by appropriate technical and organizational measures, in order to guarantee their security and confidentiality, in compliance with the regulations in force. The association has implemented specific security measures to prevent the loss or destruction of data, unauthorized access, processing that is not permitted or does not comply with the purposes for which it was collected.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT AND LEGAL BASES
The association processes personal data for multiple purposes, some of which require your specific and optional consent. To facilitate your understanding and ensure greater clarity, we have deemed it appropriate to explicitly distinguish the individual purposes, as detailed below:
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT PURPOSES (PRIMARY PURPOSES) with this term we mean the performance of all those activities strictly functional to the satisfaction of your requests, both in the pre-contractual phase and to execute a specific contract of which you are a part, as well as for all activities connected to these or instrumental, functionally linked to the operation of the association or to the protection of its rights. All the activities necessary to provide you with the information, assistance, performance, services requested or of your interest fall within these purposes, subject to your consent, your data are processed for Marketing Purposes, i.e. for sending advertising material, commercial and promotional communication, this may take place both through Traditional Contact Methods, such as sending paper mail and telephone calls with an operator, and through Automated Contact Methods and, therefore, through the use of automated systems of call, call communication without the intervention of an operator or by e-mail, also of a periodic nature (Newsletter), fax, messages of the MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) or SMS (Short Message Service) type, instant messaging systems, chat, social media or other types of IT platforms and tools / channels.
Subject to your consent, your data are processed for Profiling Purposes, consisting in identifying preferences, tastes, habits, needs and consumption choices by processing personal data such as, by way of example and not limited to: personal data and residence / geographical area ; family status; age; profession; degree of education; data relating to any registration on company websites and their use.
This allows the creation and definition of your profile, which is useful for processing market analysis and statistics, even with data in aggregate form or once rendered anonymously; to improve the products and services offered and make them more responsive to your needs; moreover, subject to the specific consent referred to in point 5.1, lett. b) (Marketing Purposes), to guide our activity of sending promotional, advertising or commercial communications by personalizing them, with the means indicated therein. This treatment will be carried out directly by the association or through external specialized companies. Personal data will be processed both in single and aggregate form and may be enriched, compared, crossed and / or integrated over time with further data in legitimate possession of the association. We inform you that any manifestation of consent for the purpose of Profiling referred to in this point necessarily involves the use of all the features specifically provided for by the CRM, which otherwise will not be used.
Subject to your consent, your data are processed for Customer Satisfaction Purposes, consisting in detecting the degree of customer satisfaction on the services offered so as to improve their quality, carried out directly or through the work of specialized companies through personal or telephone interviews, sending of questionnaires, etc., both with Traditional Contact Methods and through Automated Contact Methods.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
If you have given consent to authorize a specific treatment, we inform you that you can revoke it at any time by contacting the Data Controller in the manner indicated in the following paragraph "Rights of the interested party". In any case, this revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
DATA CONFERENCE
The provision of your personal data is always left to your free will. However, the provision of personal data for Primary Purposes, even of a particular nature if necessary, is necessary and indispensable to allow the association to fulfill your requests. Failure to provide personal data may therefore make it impossible for the association to initiate pre-contractual negotiations / relationships, to establish contractual relationships, to manage the post-contractual phase and / or, in any case, to provide you with the services or the required performance.
The provision of your personal data is, on the other hand, absolutely free and optional for the purpose of marketing, the purpose of profiling and the purpose of customer satisfaction. Failure to provide your personal data for one or more of the aforementioned purposes will have no consequence for you, other than the impossibility for the association to carry out what is better described above.
KNOWLEDGE OF DATA AND THEIR COMMUNICATION
Your personal data, if processed in electronic format, can be accessed from every office / branch of the association.
Your personal data are processed by subjects specifically authorized or designated by the Data Controller within its structure (employees and collaborators, however named), by reason of the performance of the duties and tasks assigned to each one.
Your personal data may also be processed by other external parties operating on behalf of the association by virtue of specific contractual obligations or, in any case, duly authorized or appointed as data processors. By way of example, where necessary, your personal data may be processed by: IT, telematic and technological service providers, including hosting and maintenance services; quality control and / or certification bodies or related activities; auditor; supervisory bodies; subjects that deal with the printing, transmission, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications; subjects that deal with document archiving and conservation;

TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
The association mainly processes its data within its own offices or, in any case, within the EU.
By virtue of the IT applications used, the association may also transfer your personal data outside the EU. In any case, the transfer is carried out in full compliance with the conditions imposed by the GDPR (Article 44 and following).
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF DATA AND TREATMENTS
In pursuit of the Primary Purposes, the association may become aware of your personal data qualified as particular, or both those data that "reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as processing genetic data, biometric data intended to uniquely identify a natural person, data relating to the health or sexual life or sexual orientation of the person ". Some particular data, in fact, could be contained in the tax return / CUD, form 730 or other documents provided.
These data may be disclosed to third parties only where strictly necessary.
For the processing of particular data, your explicit consent is required, pursuant to art. 9 of the GDPR. Failing that, the association would not be able to fulfill your requests, as better specified in the previous paragraph 7.2.
We inform you that for the purposes of security and protection of corporate assets, the association processes personal data (images) through the creation of photographic and video services and also through video surveillance systems: the information relating to these types of processing is available. at the premises where the systems are installed.
DURATION OF THE TREATMENT
In accordance with the law that impose obligations to keep documents for accounting purposes and with the general rules relating to the ordinary limitation period for contractual actions, we will delete your personal data relating to the Primary Purposes after the ten-year period, starting from the time of termination of the contract.
The personal data processed for additional optional purposes (Marketing Purposes; Profiling Purposes; Customer Satisfaction Purposes) will be deleted after ten years, a term deemed appropriate since these are data connected to the sale of goods with a low purchase frequency and considered sector statistics.
RIGHTS
In application of the GDPR, we inform you that you can exercise the following rights at any time:
obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, in this case, obtain access to personal data and all the information required by art. 15 of the GDPR, possibly obtaining a copy where this does not bind the rights and freedoms of others;
obtain the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration;
obtain the cancellation of personal data concerning you without undue delay;
obtain the limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR;
data portability, that is to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to the undersigned Association;
not be subjected to a decision based solely on automated processing, which produces legal effects concerning you or which significantly affects your person in a similar way. This right does not apply in the cases governed by art. 22, paragraph 2 of the GDPR.

The request to deactivate and unsubscribe from the Newsletter Service can be made by the interested party at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the text ("Unsubscribe").
RIGHT OF OBJECTION
In accordance with the requirements of art. 21, paragraph 4 of the GDPR, the association brings your right to object to your attention. In particular, you will have the right to:
object at any time, for reasons connected with your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) of the GDPR. In this case, the association will refrain from further processing personal data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed with the processing that prevail over the interests, rights and freedoms of the interested party or for the assessment, exercise or defense of a right in court;
object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you carried out for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is connected to such direct marketing. In this case, the personal data are no longer processed for these purposes.
